Gladius was founded by Biodun Olatunji and Paul Oye. They scope the work, do the thinking and see it through.
Co-Founder & Consultant
Biodun Olatunji
Biodun is a consultant who works directly with clients on business challenges and execution support. His engagements typically involve helping leadership teams think through a decision, structure the work that follows, and stay on course while it is carried out.
He is closely involved in the practical side of an engagement: turning intent into a workable plan, keeping the analysis grounded in how the business actually operates, and remaining available to the client through delivery rather than at set-piece moments.
Within the firm, Biodun shares responsibility with Paul for how every engagement is scoped, resourced and delivered.

Co-Founder & Consultant
Paul Oye
Paul is a consultant working with clients across strategy, transactions and performance. He previously worked as a strategy consultant within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transactions practice.
His experience includes supporting strategy, transactions, business planning, financial analysis, infrastructure and performance-improvement engagements — work that combines structured analysis with a clear view of what a client can realistically implement.
At Gladius he brings that discipline to a smaller, more direct setting, where the analysis and the relationship sit with the same person from start to finish.
